Are there any rules that must be followed?

Rule # 1 We always put safety first. Any child is sent back to the beach rather than be exposed to risk if
he / she does not follow our safety guidelines.

Where do we meet?

We meet in Marina Park between 8:45a.m. & 9:00a.m. Marina Park is located on the east end of Pierpont Blvd. in Ventura. Use the Seaward Ave exit from the freeway.

What does the Kids' Camp fee include?

Every child is provided with a soft surfboard and a wetsuit. We recommend that you bring a brown bag lunch with you every day, except on Friday when we have a barbecue at 3 p.m. in Marina Park. All parents and siblings are welcome to join us.

Does my son or daughter have to be a good swimmer?

Your child should feel comfortable in water. At the very least he / she should be prepared to duck under as a wave approaches and also be able to tread water. We expect to teach ocean skills to all of our campers, whatever their level of ability.

Can a child attend for just part of a week's session?

No. To get the maximum learning benefit out of the week's summer day camp each child needs to attend every day, Monday through Friday.

What clothing should my child wear for Camp?

Your son /daughter needs to come dressed in his/her swimsuit under layered clothing dependent on the weather expected for the day. Sunscreen, lip balm and a towel are a MUST. A suitable sun-hat is also recommended. Don't forget to label all personal belongings.

What is your refund policy if we have to cancel?

A full refund will be made if you cancel at least 3 full days prior to the beginning of the session. No refunds will be made if a cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to the beginning of the session.

Do you rent out surf boards?

Yes, We do rent out surf boards, Call us with your time and date and we will arrange it for you.
